I asked Astrid Guguen-Høst where she was in her business before she joined our Boldheart Business program, specifically, what was working and what wasn’t.
“I felt alone and I felt that I needed to update myself. And I felt that if I really wanted to move forward with my company, I needed help and to learn more.”
Things shifted for Astrid when she started experiencing the business mindset teachings from Boldheart that I shared with her. After working on her mindset with me, here’s what happened:
“I grew. I increased my turnover of 45% in two years. I increased my salary 50%. I have a good bottom line, I have good, healthy margins, and that’s really nice.
I felt at the beginning, when I started, I knew I had big potential for my company, but I could not accept more clients because I didn’t have the structure. I needed help to put structure and to learn how to grow my business.”
Within months of being in our program, Astrid learned how to put the right systems and team in place, as well as how to set boundaries in her business relationships. She learned about her points of differentiation and this made all the difference. With the strategy, combined with mindset, she was able to create a big change in her business her family thanks her for.
And even though she had seen all of the success stories, when I asked Astrid if she felt any resistance to joining us in the beginning, here’s what she said:
“Yes, definitely. When I started my own business, I never took the time or I never invested in myself really. So that was some resistance. But I felt that I needed a stretch. I said to myself that I’m worth it. I didn’t know exactly where I was going, but I had a good feeling.”
What helped Astrid move past the resistance to join us was seeing videos from other members and saying to herself, “If they did it, why not me?”
And now having taken the leap, she’s got her own success story, inspiring you at this moment, too. Here’s Astrid’s advice for any other business owner wondering about signing up:
“I think you need to know that you’re worth it, that if you want to move forward in your business, you need to be stretched by someone and the stretch is a program working on business, but as well on your mindset. It will be a big eye opener for you. It will bring you somewhere you don’t even know.
