Elena started in The Growth Track, and after just two years, she is now at six figures in her business making more than $100,000 a year (from $13,000 a year). During a pandemic!
Since joining us in The Boldheart Business Program, she has more than 10x’d her business and, in her words, she “intends fully” to do it again.
Here’s a little of what Elena shared with me:
“I started with Boldheart at the end of 2017… I was super clear on my new business, but I just was leaving my business partnership of many years. I had worked with a coach who, in my opinion at the time, was super expensive; the money was just feeling stressful.
I knew I wanted to be part of a community. I knew I needed that to grow.
My income was $13,500. I didn’t really have a lot of resistance joining Boldheart, but I think my spouse was worried about the money. She had seen me spend a lot on this other coach and was really skeptical.
I didn’t convince her, to be totally honest. I just knew I had to do this, and that I had to be like, ‘Her doubt and her fear and her worry are hers. And I know I can do this and I’m just going to stay over here and talk to these people about it, because they’re the ones who are going to help me.’”
I asked Elena which aspects of the program helped her 10x her business so quickly. Here’s what she appreciates:
“I love our quarterly online meetings and the motto: ‘Never miss a meeting!’ The Accountability Buddies are super deep, intimate relationships where you can talk about the real gunk and the real celebrations… We always start with a positive focus, and that starts my day right.
I have more than 10x’d my business and I intend fully to do that again.
I feel like The Growth Track taught me how to be a Chief Marketing Officer. Now, in the Leverage Track, I’m learning how to be a CEO. I fired my old team that was holding me back and I just hired a virtual part-time COO and a world-class marketing team!”

Sometimes it’s just about being the acorn and putting ourselves into the fertile soil that will help us grow, so that we can become the great oak tree we are capable of becoming. Elena has done just that. And we all love her so, so much. We’re so proud of you, Elena!
