Your fear of losing control

Some questions for you to think about today…

What would happen with your business if you had to leave in a couple of days and be gone for say, a week?

What if you weren’t there running everything?

What if you weren’t there to give the final word on the next thing that went out the door?

Would someone on your team (if you have a team at all) do it all wrong and ruin your hard-earned reputation?

Would everything come to a screeching halt, with all of your hard work tumbling down like a house of cards?

Unfortunately, if everything is relying on you, then your worst fears would probably come true. (I know, it’s hard to hear, but it doesn’t have to be this way.) And if you can’t fully trust others to deliver your standard of work, or take the wheel for you when you are away, your fear may only multiply as you work yourself to exhaustion.

Not what you envisioned while you worked so hard to build your business, is it? Being everything to your business is unsustainable and it’s definitely not the path to growth or freedom. We can help turn this around. Let’s talk.

If this is you, I admire everything you’ve done to get to this point…but it may be time to try something new?

I’ll tell you this. If you want to grow, you must let go. There is no other way.

If you’re trying to do it all on your own and can’t seem to let go and trust someone else to “do it right”, just know that everyone who scales their business has to experience this. It’s NORMAL. And I also know it doesn’t feel easy to let go (in the beginning), but it IS possible to let go of controlling every aspect of your business.

We can show you how. Let’s talk about how we can help. Just book a free call here.

Imagine that you’re completely supported in all aspects of your business and that:

=> You have great help you trust, who deliver your services to your world-class standards

=> You can truly unplug, let go, and stop thinking about your business because it runs smoothly without you

=> You no longer have to take care of the day-to-day operations of your business

=> You have time for vacations, to relax and to spend with people you love

=> Your income has increased exponentially…giving you true financial security and freedom

=> You work much fewer hours, stopping at a reasonable hour to eat dinner with your loved ones

=> You no longer work on evenings or weekends, and this has been amazing for your relationships

This probably sounds more like what you wanted when you started, doesn’t it?

I know it can be hard to let go. You’ve put your heart and soul into your business and you want your unique brilliance delivered to the world in the way you’ve perfected it.

It IS possible to keep your values and standards while your business runs without you having to do it all. We’ve helped thousands of women just like you learn to let go and get their lives back.
