In this week’s video, I want to remind you that you do not have to do it all alone.
I meet so many ambitious women, women who have big dreams and big goals, and they hesitate to commit to those dreams and goals because they fear that they won’t be able to get it done on their own.
And the first thing I say to them is, “Where did you get that idea?”
Super successful people recognize that they must surround themselves with people who are smarter than them, better than them, or more skilled than them – at the things that they don’t know how to do.
Watch today’s new video now to hear more about how you might approach this:
This is one of the things I got early on in my career…once I got over the idea that I was going to be a Lone Ranger or the “rugged individualist”.
Once I got past the idea that I had to figure everything out on my own, I decided that if I could get other wonderful people to buy into my vision too (even if my vision was small in the beginning) they could help me get things done. When we did it together, we experienced:
double the implementation,
double the impact,
and eventually…
double the clients,
double the money.
Even if you’re in the first stages of your business, I want you to start thinking about who you could get to help you implement, to help you work on things that you’re not great at, don’t have time for, don’t like to do, etc.
The cool thing about bringing somebody else on (even when you don’t think you can afford it) is that it helps you make money more quickly, and that person ends up paying for themselves in a very short amount of time.
One of the things that we tell our members to do is to make a list of all the things:
• you don’t know how to do
• you don’t like to do
• you’re not good at…
…things that, if you did have somebody help you with those, you could make so much more money and get so many more clients in your business.
Then, consider delegating, consider hiring, consider getting quality help.
That helped me a lot, it is what helps our members multiply their impact and income, and it can help you too. (If you’ve never done this before, we can help. It’s part of our program.) Let’s talk for free to see if working together would help you grow.
The key is, going it alone is rarely the right way.
Sending you lots of love. xo
