In today’s inspiration video I want to talk to you about support…
…the kind that will help you get to the next level of your business, income and impact.
You see, it’s absolutely possible to get to $4K a month, and even $10K a month consistently.
Or maybe your next level is $20K, $50K, or $100K a month, consistently.
Women in The Boldheart Business program are achieving these results all the time, and what they all have in common is…
…the right support.
Here’s exactly what I mean (watch this now and get inspired for your business):
You need people to do the things you don’t know how to do.
You need people to do the things you’re not good at and you don’t like doing.
Because you need to start focusing on money-generating activities or exponential growth activities.
This is the secret to exponential business growth (and the money that comes along as a result).
The bottom line is this…
You need a team. You need somebody to help you, even if it’s just two hours a day (or even two hours a week) while the kids are in school.
Perhaps you already have a part-time virtual assistant and it’s time for you to bring on your first full-time employee. Let’s do it now.
You see, I’ve never seen anybody move to the next big, big level without getting some additional support.
But here’s the thing that happens, especially for women business owners. (I’ve seen this countless times in working with tens of thousands of women business owners over the past 20 years.)
We will tolerate and accept people working with us who aren’t really good at what they do, or who aren’t doing the right thing for us.
I want you to look around at the support that you’re getting and to ask yourself…
On a scale of one to 10…
…where are the people on your team on that scale of one to 10?
(10 being, “Oh my gosh I feel so well-supported,” and 1 being, “I need to fire this person, this is not working at all.”)
By the way, you can also do this at home.
If you’ve got a housekeeper and she’s not doing a great job, or a nanny or an au pair who’s not doing a great job, that is also affecting your business.
Why?
Because it all creates mental clutter.
It all means that you’re waiting for the other shoe to drop. It’s those things that you think about at three o’clock in the morning that prevent you from fully trusting.
And in your business, if you cannot fully trust somebody, you will never fully delegate. And you will never feel free to just stop being the bottleneck in your business.
And so, I want you to ask yourself:
Are you getting level 9 or 10 support in your business? And if you’re not, why are you settling for that?
What does this say about your deserving and self-worth?
It always boils down to a self-worth issue.
It’s about not speaking up and not taking enough space and saying, “This isn’t working for me.”
It really comes down to the way that I view support, because I need to be well-supported and able to show up and serve my clients in a really big way.
I need to feel worthy of the best team possible.
You deserve the best in class, especially in your business, okay?
