I just had to share this photo with you… Last Monday, Derek and I drove the convertible into New York to meet friends for brunch. While we ‘girls’ did some last minute dress shopping for my Mindset Retreat next week, our guys found a gem of a place to enjoy the afternoon: a hip rooftop bar in Manhattan’s super-cool Meatpacking District, overlooking the Hudson River — complete with Astroturf, one of my secret guilty pleasures. The view was stunning, especially at sunset! I was in heaven.
Speaking of the Mindset Retreat, just a few minutes ago, I stopped to think about the fact that we’ll be changing 175 people’s lives in 3 days. My eyes welled up in tears. I’m in such anticipation of the event that I honestly haven’t been able to sleep at night. We’re gonna change some lives in a big way, and there’s no better feeling for me.
