Shift your business model using this technique

Today, it is my intention to shift your mindset and have you think sooooooo much bigger about your impact in the world through your business model, and as a result, how much you can make in your business.

How? By taking how you’re currently delivering your work and turning it into something that could be available to lots more people (think dozens, hundreds, even thousands).

By going from piecemeal and “a la carte” to an elegant, comprehensive offering you could be known for around the world.

By packaging your mastery and then scaling it.

Basically, what got you HERE is not what’s going to get you THERE. 😉

I talked about this a lot in my “7-figure incubator” (as I like to call my Leverage Track) meetings last week and I want you to start thinking this way too. Watch this:

If you’re anything like me (and most of our members), your business model was first you being really flexible with your clients, perhaps creating lots of different options so that they would (all) say yes, and maybe even customizing your work based on their whims.

And this piecemeal, “a la carte” approach worked for a while.

But if you want to grow, you’ll now need to simplify what you offer (your business model) and then scale it.

It’s about taking your intellectual property and making it available in a much more streamlined business model, and to many more people.

When you watch this week’s video, and hear the stories of two Leverage Track members I’m coaching to do this, I believe it will plant a seed in your consciousness that will have you think so much bigger than “a la carte.”

By moving away from lots of moving parts and creating one elegant offering, you can achieve something so much greater than what you may even believe possible. For that, you must work on your business model.

And that means a new way of serving your clients and customers. It’s not about doing more of what you’re doing. That will only exhaust you and stifle the growth of your business. It’s about taking your business model to the next level. It’s about elevating your strategy to be able to boldly hold more capacity, while putting less of the onus on you. Its part of how you get beyond the one-to-one model.

Yes, it’s your business model that does this – but it’s so much more than that. It’s about creating something that is bigger than you could ever be on your own. Yes, it’s about scalability and leverage, and it’s about owning your mastery.

So my message for you today is ultimately… What got you here won’t get you there.
