Maybe you do this too?
There comes a point in every business owner’s journey where the path to growth requires doing things (vastly) differently – creating new revenue streams, hiring help, creating more systems…
I love to remind my advancing business owners that what got you here won’t get you there. ;)
But…there’s also a common trap that many people fall into.
It’s taking your eye off the “bread and butter” of your business, to focus on the BSO (Bright Shiny Object).
Watch this week’s super short video to learn my (very simple) but incredibly effective strategy for making sure you don’t actually make less when trying to make more:
There’s no shame in making this mistake when you start doing things differently (most everyone does it) but if you can avoid it, even better!
It’s not a this or that…it’s a this and that.
The magic happens when you successfully work on both: 1) what’s paying your bills, and 2) what’s going to make you exponentially more. From there you can begin the process of replicating yourself in the old and scaling the new.
But you don’t have to do it by experiencing huge swings in revenue that will have you cling to the way you’ve always done it.
Make sense?
Will you promise me you will never take your eye off the ball of what is actually paying the bills in your business as you set your sights on your next level of growth?
Because doing so will make all the difference to you actually achieving it!
I believe in you,
Fabienne
