  1. This is a very good approach for those who are afraid to scale their business. It is a really common practice when entrepreneurs do not see any growth points because they are tired of a large number of tasks. In this case, it is not necessary to increase your staff, it is enough to transfer monotonous work to automated systems and then the business will start to grow.
