Oh, this week’s video is for you!
Believe me, I have been there…I’d guess we all have – it’s human nature.
There’s something we want to accomplish. Something big. But we get in our own way, procrastinate, flake out, and don’t take action (and typically proceed to beat ourselves up about it).
This week I’m sharing the exact process I created over time to reduce the procrastination so I don’t get in my own way of achieving my biggest goals, like I used to.
I think you’re going to love this process…watch it now:
I’ve been using this exact process (and teaching it to our members) for years. It’s how I can get big things done.
Until we are willing to examine the reasons why we are procrastinating the very things that will lead us to what we want, our beliefs will continue to run the show.
Once you understand what’s underneath your behavior (not taking action) you can easily create strategies to set yourself up for success.
This is about being willing to go deeper than the surface-level excuses and behaviors keeping you from creating results and getting to the root of what is really going on.
It means you take charge of your outcomes by understanding your personal motivations for why you do what you do.
This does, however, require a willingness to get very honest with yourself about your fears and beliefs. You’ve got to dig deep to get to the heart of the matter.
Will you try this process along with us? Will you excavate your fears and beliefs in the name of reaching your goals?
I hope so.
I’m here cheering you on,
Fabienne
P.S. Many solo-practitioners and business owners know WHAT to do, but they don’t do it – well, at least until they get insight from us about what’s getting in the way and get a plan for getting into action. For free.
Creating new results in your business starts with one free conversation to establish where you are in your business now, where you want to be in 12-24 months, what’s gotten in the way of you getting there, and what strategies you need to take to overcome those obstacles.
A plan! A focus on implementation!
Imagine that… ;)
