As you might know, I’m a huge fan of personal responsibility (in fact, it’s one of our company values!) and in today’s new training video I’m sharing some of the ways we create our own reality.
Joseph Campbell, the one who is known for the hero’s journey, often said “Your life is the fruit of your own doing. You have no one to blame but yourself.”
While I like the concept of that, it does sound a little bit blame-y, if we’re talking about blame.
I would actually like to turn it around and say you are in control of your life by the actions that you take. Watch the video to hear more about how this philosophy can help create results in your business:
If you are someone who wants to create different results in your business, perhaps you want to…
attract more clients,
make more money,
increase your impact,
increase your income,
and eventually make the world a little better through your business…
…know that it’s within your reach because it’s within your hands.
How? It’s simple.
With every action you take, you create your future. Conversely, with every action you don’t take, you also create your future.
Yes, even in non-action, you create your results and your life.
You have the responsibility, in a good way. You are personally responsible for what you create!
The reason that’s good news is there are a lot of people out there who feel like a victim to the tides of the world, to the tides of an economy, to what’s going on “out there”, but I don’t see it that way.
Here’s how I see it:
You create your own economy by the actions you’re willing to take. You create your own revenues by the actions you’re willing to take.
So, in essence, your life is the fruit of your doing.
That being said, I now want to ask you:
What is it that you want to create for your life?
What is it that you want to create in your business?
What is it that you want to create income-wise?
Whatever “it” is, it’s absolutely possible, based on the actions you decide to take, based on how committed you are to the outcome, and based on how many resources you’re willing to put towards the attainment of that goal.
That’s good news, I think.
Sending you my love. xo
