Sometimes I meet women in business who are frustrated that “It’s not happening fast enough.”
They’re looking at the numbers and they start to spiral into fear because they’re not making the progress that they’d like to make.
What I tell them is that the focus that they put on the LACK of money is actually keeping them in a place of lack.
Yes, money is great. Yes. Having lots of it is what we want.

What I want you to get is this, though:
If you’re just focusing on the numbers (or lack thereof) you will generate not-enoughness.
Instead, I want to inspire you to focus on the IMPACT that you’re here to make through your business. Growing the number of PEOPLE you want to affect, with love.
For me, money itself does not have a vibration or energy, but ‘impact’ really does have a vibration and an energy.
I want to share this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson with you that I find really helps me focus on the lovely part of increasing the number of clients, instead of just on the numbers and the dollars.
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded.”
When I question what I’m doing in the world (we all have a bad day once in a while), when I see people who coach with us, who are ‘pushing that boulder up the hill’, I keep reminding them that the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit.
It is time to focus more on the people’s lives that you are changing rather than “Where is the money? Why isn’t it here?”
If you can just focus on the high vibration of the work that you are here to do, it will put you in more of a high vibration place–what we call in our programs ‘the vortex of positive energy’.
As I teach in the Money Magnet Club, the ‘energy’ of serving and helping people is actually more important than the money itself which, ironically, helps you attract more money in the end.
The money that you make in your business is simply a measurement of the impact that you’re making in the world. The more value you put out there, the more impact you have and the more money you will make.
The more impact you have, the more you can charge, the greater numbers of people that you will work with. But please, by all means, focus on…
changing people’s lives,
changing a particular situation,
helping somebody’s health concern,
shifting an industry for good,
or creating a movement through your business,
and you won’t ever need to worry about money ever again.
