I’m dropping in with today’s new video to talk to you about the fear that you’re running away from in your business.
Usually we think that, “If there’s fear, it means go the opposite direction. By all means, don’t do the thing that you’re afraid of!”
Maybe you fear visibility.
Maybe you fear being found out.
Maybe you fear overwhelm, or failure, or success, or losing it all, or…
…there are so many fears.
In fact, one of the things that we do with our members of Boldheart Business is we give them a list of all the fears that get in the way of them taking big action in their business. This is a big eye-opener for them.
When they recognize that this is just another fear that everybody else has and it’s ‘overcome-able’, they start to overcome it and take action.
Watch now to hear more about how to use the clues your fears are giving you to take actions towards growing your business.
The thing that you must know to move to the next level of your impact, of your income, of your visibility and growth in your business and your meaning and fulfillment in your life is that fear is actually pointing you in the right direction.
The thing that you are afraid to do in your business is usually the thing that will get you the big results that you want.
It is simply pointing to the fact that the thing that you want is actually worth it.
If you didn’t have fear, it would be something that’s not a big deal.
But if you do experience fear (maybe it’s the fear of doing videos, stepping up on stage, finally letting that book out, or raising your rates, investing in mentorship) or whatever it is, that fear is pointing you in the right direction.
So what I’d like for you to do now is to take out a journal and write some of your fears down.
What are the fears that are holding you back from playing a bigger game in your business?
How could they be a sign that that’s actually THE thing you need to do to move to the next level?
See, we’ve been taught that fear is bad, but…
Fear is overcome-able if you just allow it to be there and take action in spite of it. Everything you want is on the other side of doing the thing that you fear the most.
Now, in isolation, this is difficult.
But when you get yourself in a group of people who are also overcoming their fears at the same time and doing things they would never have done on their own, that’s when you create momentum. If you’re missing this in your life, let’s talk.
When you have tremendous support, are surrounded by people who believe that a rising tide lifts all boats and you’re all creating results together, your life changes. There is no longer the same fear. You move much more quickly toward your goals.
Fear is not a bad thing. It’s just about moving past it and doing the thing that you know that you need to do.
Just a thought for you for today.
Lots of love. xo
