Here’s something that I know for sure…
Every business has the ability to scale to seven figures (a million dollars or more). Every. Single. One.
Now, not everyone believes this at first. :)
For you perhaps, this can be really difficult to see from inside of your business. Especially if you’re still doing everything yourself and simply trying to generate consistent cash flow!
And yet I promise…it is true that your business, yes, YOURS, can get to 7-figures.
The way to do that always involves creating some form of passive income. There are many ways to do that, and in today’s video, I outline 3 paths to passive income, diving deep into one of them (hiring a Mini Me).
Each time we want to scale through passive income, we must overcome the existing mindset blocks that are currently getting in the way, no matter what our profession is.
Today, I want to introduce you to “Julia,” one of our Boldheart Business members who is kicking tush and taking names, and on her way to 7-figures. Before she could do so, she had to overcome some of the most common mindset blocks that come up with (gasp!) finding someone (an associate) who can do what you do just as well as (or even better than) YOU. Now before we talk specifically about hiring “associates,” let me clarify something very important. Passive income doesn’t mean you don’t exert effort to earn revenue.
There’s some mythical unicorn-y idea that you can grow a business that “makes you money in your sleep.”
In my experience? No. There isn’t. At least not totally.
Passive income comes from you shifting your energy, effort and attention to creating ways that your business can make money in more leveraged ways.
This requires strategy, oversight, management and execution.
And…it IS the path from 5-figures to multiple 6-figures, and then to 7-figures. So it is totally worth the effort!
For many of the business owners we’ve mentored over the years, hiring a
“Mini Me” is one of the scariest strategies to create passive income:
“What if my clients like them better than me?!?”
“What if my clients don’t like them at all?!?!”
“What if they damage my reputation??!”
“Why wouldn’t someone who can do what I do simply build their own business? Are they just going to steal my clients?”
“Right now, my clients only want me! How will they ever accept another person?”
I get it. But I promise you…this is all a function of your MINDSET. When you break through your current mental blocks around this, and shift into embracing a mindset of certainty, you will absolutely attract and retain incredible associates that your clients will love.

The thing is, avoiding this step will surely keep you where you are now.
This is why it’s important to learn how to create passive income and successfully bring on associates (or Mini Me’s) from someone who is already doing it.
Your business simply can’t get to the next level if you have to do ALL of the work.
By allowing yourself to expand your capacity to serve by bringing on more people, there is no limit to how big your business can get.
It’s that simple. But it does take courage and boldness. And that can indeed be taught.
