Could your business actually run better without you?

So, I was talking with a group of 6-figure women business owners the other day who dream about having a self-managing business that gives them more freedom. I helped them realize that they can indeed have a 7-figure business.

So, getting back to the idea of having a business that runs itself: little by little, you remove yourself from the day-to-day operations of your business.

You aren’t supposed to be the one in the details (you know this intellectually, but now, it’s a matter of actually getting you out).

Why is this important? Well, it’s not your strong suit (others could do it better) but most importantly, getting back the time that you currently use to put out fires and deal with annoyances and emergencies, you could be using to actually scale your business – while working less.

How do you do this? It’s simple.

It requires a new attitude that allows you to immediately get out from under the overwhelm you are likely feeling.

Very simply, you’ll need to take on the attitude of being the leader of a process-driven company.

The way to run a business without you being involved in all of its details is to begin to transform your business into a system-minded and process-driven business, rather than personality-driven. Everything runs on a system, even if that’s not how you began. This is the goal going forward.

=> Everything is tied to a system.

=> Everything is documented.

=> Everything that matters can run without you.
