Can you really get to a million? Yes.

When I was just starting my business, I never ever ever thought I would get to a million being self-employed.

WHO, ME???? ARE YOU KIDDING???

And the countless women I (and my Team) have taken to a million a year in their own business never ever ever thought they would get to a million a year being self-employed either.

Until. They. Did.

And now, as it is for me (I’ve been at multiple 7 figures now for 14 years), it’s their #newnormal.

So, whether you’ve ever thought that big or not, today I’d like you to think about what may feel like a dream goal…scaling your business to a million in annual revenue. It will likely mean doubling, tripling, or even multiplying your business by 10X or more.

Whether the idea of this kind of growth causes you to feel hopeful or doubtful, I want you to know: it is absolutely possible for you. There is no business that we can’t scale to a million. But it’s going to require a different way of showing up.

same old thinking = same old results

Here’s what I mean: doing more of the same every day will create more of the same results.

Meaning, doing more of the same activities, working on the same projects as you’re working on now will obviously create more of the same results.

The first change required?

Start thinking in terms of 10X, not 10%. This is how we get our members to grow so fast in just a couple of years.

To 10X your business in a short time, (as I teach in our signature program) the actions you need to take would be dramatically different from what you’re doing now.

It’s not about doing more of the same in a slightly bigger way. No.

You need a new set of actions and priorities.

What are the activities that are going to scale your company? Perhaps it’s creating systems so things run smoothly without you, hiring a “mini-me” to get you out of the day-to-day delivery, or making everything in your marketing happen in an evergreen manner.

Start thinking about what would really make a difference in your business when it comes to doubling, tripling and 10X’ing your business.

And I recommend that you work on these more often than you are now, because the big increases come from implementing these projects. These are the ones that you’ve dreamt of working on, but you haven’t yet.

What is it that would really move the needle?

=> Do you need to create systems and structures to run everything smoothly so you don’t have to put out fires every day? You can.

=> Do you need to hire that second in command and afford them now, not later? You can.

=> Do you know you need to get yourself out of some aspects of client delivery (and also raise your rates) without upsetting your clients? You can.

These are the activities that will get you on your way to a million in the next year or two.
