How true that is! Yes, right now, your clients feel good because YOU make them feel good by your presence – by the way you talk to them, your energy, your gestures, maybe the little gifts you give them, the way that you get them results and the way that you just interact with them. The problem is, it all currently depends on you. And that’s hard to scale.
