How to manage your priorities, not your time

Sending you some love from beautiful Stamford, Connecticut, where I’m back on U.S. soil leading our U.S. Leverage Track meetings this week.

I know these are “business” meetings, but the truth is we go so much deeper than what you might think happens at these events.

There are even tears sometimes.

Why? Because my job is to challenge all the resistance within you that is keeping you from reaching 7 figures (a million dollar business) and getting your time and freedom back to enjoy your life.

Before I teach you how to grow in a particular area, I challenge your fears and current resistance about it, sometimes focusing on Team, Systems, Marketing, Business Model, and even Time.

And this week, I taught how to Leverage Your Time. Sometimes, people think I teach straight time management. Uh, no. I don’t do that. ;)

What I taught has nothing to do with time management. It had everything to do with setting up boundaries, increasing self-worth, etc. so we use our time to exponentially grow the business. And watch what happens when we do.

Watch the video to find out exactly what I mean:

Time is the most valuable asset you have to deploy toward reaching your goals. But here’s the thing:

If you spend your time meeting everyone else’s needs and demands, how can you possibly meet your own? This flies in the face of what we’ve been taught. Women, especially, have literally been conditioned to believe that if we don’t do what is asked of us…

We aren’t a good person.

We’ll be abandoned.

No one will like us if we don’t do what they asked.

But it’s not true. Not any of it.

When you say yes to something that you don’t want to do, you are diminishing your worth.

When you put others’ needs before your own, you are putting pause on your own goals and dreams.

You get to say no.

Imagine all of the time that will become available to you when you stop people pleasing and looking for validation by being superwoman.

You’ll get days (weeks!) of your life back. Months even!

The places to look closely? The ones you think that there’s no way you can let go of. The things you think only you can do. The obligations that you “can’t get out of.” The things where you say, “But what will people think??!”

Yep. Those.

You can’t actually do everything.

But to have everything (meaning the things that matter most to you) you must become fierce about protecting your time.

Will you try? I’ll be here cheering you on!

Much love,
Fabienne
