How much to charge

Today is going to be some inspiration on how to make more money…
…by showing you a new way of thinking about pricing your packages and programs.

There aren’t any hard and fast rules to charging. (I wish there were!)
Listen, our purpose here at Boldheart is to take you to 10K a month consistently, and then to multiple 6 figures and, eventually, to 100K a month.

Part of that requires changing how you deliver your work to your clients and then, figuring out how to charge accordingly for that program or package!

There are so many variables to think about…but I believe I (and Kiva) have mastered this over the last two decades.

So today, I want to share with you a way to think about your business more strategically. It has everything to do with being intentional about what you charge. Watch this now:

When you know what your specific intention is for your particular program, then you can price it accordingly.
Some of the factors to consider:

  • What is the level of access the participants will have with you?

  • Is this for a few people to experience a vertical offering or is it for many people to experience a horizontal offering, as I share in the video?
  • What is the value (practical, emotional, creative, etc.) of the results your clients will achieve?

  • What *feels* like it will give your clients 10x the value of their investment? 

  • What resources of your time, money and team are going to be involved?

Listen, this is an art more than a science.

My recommendation is to start with an investment that feels like a bit of a stretch based on your answers to these questions, and then, put your offer out into the Universe and see what happens!

The other truth to there being no rules about pricing is that you can always change your mind later.

As I shared in today’s video, Boldheart Business is an example of a vertical program. We aren’t looking to serve tens of thousands of people, as much as we want to give the ones we serve the highest level of support, content and intimacy, with the intention that they will be here for years.

However, my new upcoming program, Boldheart Woman (a journey into the unapologetic purpose of pleasure and fulfillment, starting in January), is intended to serve thousands and thousands of women around the globe! This is what I would consider more of a horizontal program. So, it will be priced accordingly and very affordably for a one year program(more exciting details coming soon).

It’s not about always charging the most that you can.

It’s about charging what people will be excited to pay knowing the value, transformation and results that they will receive through your offerings.
You get to decide… Class? Or Mass?

There’s no right answer. There is only the intention that you bring to what you are bringing to market.
